Yoga Nidra 

Yoga Nidra is an ancient practice dating back to 600 BC. This practice is known to alleviate stress, improve cognitive function and correct hormonal imbalances. This is a meditative class that uses props to support the body into homeostasis and regulate the nervous system.

Yoga Nidra is a full body, mind and soul recalibration. As you rest in the expansive state between sleep and being awake, I carefully guide you into deeper states of consciousness.

Yoga Nidra is also known to lower blood pressure, reduce anxiety and boost concentration. Dress in layers and please reach out for any additional information.
